Indoor and heated, for swimming all year. The pool hall cannot be seen from outside during the day.

Once the lights are on, close the curtains and nobody can see in. There is a jacuzzi too.

The villa is in a residential area. From this time on, please avoid loud music and noise.

A warm and friendly environment is offered at our villa to all our guests who wish to rest, breathe, and collect beautiful memories with its location intertwined with nature, away from the hustle of the city.
With its heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, comfortable structure, and carefully considered details, Villa Kızılcahamam is a retreat where you can enjoy four seasons with your family.
The pool area cannot be seen from outside during the day. In the evening, once the lights are on inside, simply close the curtains; with the curtains closed nothing inside is visible from outside.
The pool is indoors and heated, so you can swim in every season.
Yes, breakfast is included in the price of your stay. Breakfast is at 9:30.
The villa sleeps 5: upstairs a bedroom with a door and a double bed, a separate loft room without a door with a single bed, and two sofa beds downstairs. Up to 6 guests can stay, babies included. Travel cots are available for babies and small children. We have two twin villas with the same layout; larger groups can book both together (up to 12 guests).
Children aged 5 and under stay free but count toward the number of guests.

Pick your dates on the calendar in the Prices section, enter your group and tap "Request a pre-booking on WhatsApp". We check your dates and get back to you. Once your pre-booking is confirmed, you pay the deposit by bank transfer within 24 hours; the balance is paid in cash at check-in.
The calendar is updated from our booking system at regular intervals and is for information. Availability becomes final when your pre-booking is confirmed.
